community by car, foot, and bicycle. A friendly, community-based policing operation will provide community support for safety

use marked and unmarked vehicles, as well as marked bicycles to provide a high-visibility patrol. You, as our valued client,
will be notified of any criminal & gang activity, as well as any leasing, parking, and residential violations. Our armed
agents have arrest authority per Virginia Code, and can make arrests for both misdemeanor and felony crime, to give your operation
teeth. Community patrols will be appreciated by your residents, and feared by criminals.
